Grey/dapple Welsh Cob pony (like) gelding (breed unverified but looks and moves like a Welsh Cob), approximately 11 hands, 500 pounds. He was dark grey as a colt and has been turning increasingly white, some dapples are still visible. Vaccinated, dewormed and regularly trimmed. Monkey has a great disposition, gets along with anyone, affectionate and friendly towards people, great companion for a lonely horse. Can and has been ridden but since he suffers of a mild case of chronic laminitis, rather unfrequently. Monkey requires dietary restriction and attentive hoofcare, he has great days and days he feels sore and moves gingerly. He has been X-rayed and found that his laminitis is not acute nor severe, but requires management. Monkey is very well loved by all horses and people who meet him. Will send pictures upon request. Awarded the Star Mare predicate in the 2010 Texas keuring, Yanna is just under 16 hands, has a gorgeous head, moves powerfully but oh so gracefully! She is a modern Friesian type, who will be especially suited for dressage and show driving because of her graceful, eye-catching "presence." Her sire, Tsjerk328 Preferant, a well-known top breeding stallion in Holland, passed away recently so the number of Tsjerk offspring will not continue to expand. Yanna's maternal grandsire, Nykle 309, known as an impressive mover, has passed excellent movement to his granddaughter, and Tsjerk has given her the exceptional head and neck that was part of his acclaimed legacy. Yanna is full sister to Rijkje Kula, a 2005 First Premie Provisional Crown Star Mare.

We have left Yanna open in order that her new owner can decide whether to continue her training or to breed her. Based on her sister's track record as a top breeding mare, we know Yanna will deliver wonderful offspring as well. A careful search of the best stud for Yanna yields two particularly strong choices: Doaitsen 420 (currently in the US) and Baert 411 (in Holland).
